Open Garden in aid of Leinthall Earls Church
Gatley Park is a secluded former hunting lodge dating back to the 16th century.
The garden, rarely open to the public, is enclosed on the North side by a wall and a fine double yew alley. The long borders are generously planted to ensure multi-seasonal interest. To the south falling terraces contain box parterres and knot gardens descending to a 150ft white border looking across to woodlands opposite. There is a folly in the shape of a Chinese pagoda and wonderful views towards Hay Bluff.
