On arrival you will see a courtyard, with steps leading up to The Hayloft Studio on the left hand side. The dedicated terrace is next to the steps with chairs and  table and mood lighting for evening drinks or supper. The stairs have automatic lighting for easy and safe access to the property. The lobby is useful for hanging coats and has plenty of space for outdoor shoes.

The fabulous L-shaped kitchen space (with everything you need to cook & eat) leads into the sitting area with WiFi & Smart TV. From the bedroom you enjoy garden views, the super-king bed is made up with gorgeous white linen and the ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower is supplied with soft fluffy towels.

The outdoor space is for your own private use with plenty of parking and a tennis court is also available. Fishing is also available at an extra cost.

All properties have a 22kw 3 phase Type 2 car charging point for guests with Electric Vehicles.

The property is well positioned for walkers and cyclists and there is an array of country pubs and restaurants close by. For convenience there are several supermarkets and local amenities within 2 miles.  Slightly further afield is the historic town of Ludlow, famed for its food festivals and fantastic cuisine. Hereford Cathedral and city are equally lovely to visit. Conveniently situated close to the Welsh border for fantastic scenery, Hay-on-Wye, the Breacon Beacons and the Shropshire Hills are all within easy reach by car.
