The Hostelrie at Goodrich
Restaurant
The Hostelrie is an 18th Century building with restaurant, pub and rooms. It is located in the tranquil village of Goodrich in the beautiful Wye Valley, close to Symonds yet, the Forest of Dean and the charming market town of Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire.
This unique turreted building is packed with character and it has been recently refurbished by Daniel & Katherine Balanovsky, who purchased the Hostelrie in early 2021.
In the restaurant all of the meals are planned and executed by chef patron Daniel Balanovsky and everything is made in house, fresh to order and represents Daniel’s philosophy of using ingredients as local as possible & to showcase simple dishes packed with loads of flavour.
The menus change on a frequent basis according to the availability and seasonality of produce. See sample Menu’s.
The Hostelrie has 8 bedrooms, a traditional pub, a restaurant & a large beer garden perfectly located to explore the fantastic local area & all it has to offer.
